Kimberly McClinton, Managing Broker at Keys Keys Keys Doors Doors Doors, has been a FORCE member for one year. She joined the events committee at the beginning of the year and has hosted panels and suggested many topics of discussion for REO connect, as well as the Five Star Conference.
When asked what drives her commitment to her craft and industry, Kimberly replied:
I love Real Estate! I am committed to seeing well deserving families in homes, as well as upholding standards that are reputable in our communities, that also add value to the industry.
What are some insights or at least one piece of advice you wish you would have known when you first started in the industry?
The more knowledge you gain the more insight you receive. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or learn a new craft within the industry.
What is top of mind for you in your business right now? (topic, industry trend, or idea)
Strategically navigating the industries changes, being a knowledge broker for asset managers, our governmental affiliates, as well as the newer agents to keep business afloat.
How has being a member of a trade association resulted in business growth for you?
Being a member of this association, has afforded me the opportunity to learn and grow. It is also afforded me the opportunity to meet some dynamic people in the business which causes for collaboration and opportunity. Once trust relationships have been developed you acquire more business.
What legacy industry impact would you most desire to be known for?
My legacy impact would be that I open the doors for other agents, who otherwise would have not known how to succeed within this side of the world of real estate.
