FORCE is vetted membership, requiring current insurance, certifications, and HUD-compliant background checks, and is built on 15 years of practitioner credentialing through Five Star Academy. With three days of cross-community leadership, education, FORCE Connect networking, and the industry conversations, Five Star Conference is the premier mortgage and real estate conference where realtors and distressed property specialists join professionals representing mortgage servicers, lenders, federal government agencies, financial services law firms, service providers, investors, and other real estate organizations from across the nation to work towards the common goal of a stronger and united mortgage industry. FORCE members receive complimentary registration.

Governance

The FSI real estate professional community is governed by a practitioner-led Advisory Council drawn from active FORCE and community members. The Advisory Council shapes event programming, FORCE credentialing standards, and community direction. The Advisory Council Chair holds a representative seat on the Five Star Executive Council, FSI’s unified governing body.
